Algemene voorwaarden

1. Appointments

Consultations take place by appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, at the practice in Uithoorn or Aalsmeer, or online by video call.

2. Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled later, or missed, may be charged. I confirm this in my appointment confirmation email, before your first consultation.

3. Rates and payment

Current rates are listed on the home page. Homeopathic consultations are exempt from VAT. After each consultation you receive an invoice by email, payable by bank transfer within the stated term. Card payment is not available at the practice.

4. Health insurance

Consultations are not covered by basic health insurance. Reimbursement by a supplementary insurer depends on your policy and is your own responsibility to check. The invoice contains the information your insurer needs.

5. Complementary care

Homeopathic care is complementary and does not replace medical care from a GP or specialist. Please do not stop or change prescribed medication without consulting your doctor.

6. Your file and confidentiality

I keep a client file as required by law and I am bound by professional secrecy. See the privacy statement.
